Executive Summary

I am a management consultant and operator who turns ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured strategy and measurable results. Over the past decade I have led giga-scale telecom transformations for tier-1 Gulf operators at Ericsson, scaled commercial portfolios at Noon, one of the largest e-commerce companies in the Gulf, and co-founded Khazzin, taking it from zero to operational break-even in ten months.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. I can build the board-level narrative, model the economics behind it, and then own the backlog, the team, and the delivery that make it real. I hold an MBA ranked first in my cohort, master's degrees in analytics (Georgia Tech) and communications engineering, and more than forty professional certifications.
